The composition of the PP PS single-layer multi-layer co-extruded blister sheet extrusion production line usually includes the following main parts:

1. Extruder: The extruder is the core equipment of the entire production line. It is used to heat and melt plastic raw materials, and extrude the molten plastic into sheets through the screw of the extruder.

2. Die head (extrusion die): The die head is an important component for plastic extrusion molding. Its structure determines the shape and size of the extruded sheet. The die is usually made of metal material and has a certain flow channel structure.

3. Cooling system: The cooling system is used to quickly cool the extruded thermoplastic sheet to solidify it. Cooling systems usually include water cooling devices and air cooling devices.

4. Sheet traction device: The sheet traction device is used to pull the extruded plastic sheet from the extruder and maintain a certain pulling speed so that the sheet can be stretched and cooled evenly.

5. Cutting device: The cutting device is used to cut the extruded plastic sheet to a certain length for subsequent processing and packaging. 6. Tension control system: The tension control system is used to control the tension of the extruded sheet to ensure the stability of the sheet during the entire production process.

7. Control system: The control system is used to automatically control and monitor the entire production line, including the adjustment and monitoring of the temperature, speed, pressure and other parameters of the extruder.

PP has good heat resistance and is invariant without external force; PS has excellent insulation properties and high light transmittance. Therefore, the use of PP and PS co-extruded sheets enhances the advantages of both. Mainly used for some blister products, milk tea cup lids, decorative pendants, etc.

Three-roller calender

The three-roller light machine is a horizontal or vertical or 45 degree inclined design.The thickness of the sheet is automated adjustment system,The machanical roller has anti-collision protection function.The use of electronic hand wheel operations to implement the sheet specifications,which are transformed quickly and relaxed,and no tedious operations are required.The accuracy of slices is as high as 0.005mm.

 

Mould

The mold is made of alloy steel, and the flow channel is chrome-plated and polished, allowing the mold width to be adjusted without stopping the machine.

 

Duplex Sheet Winder

The dual station winding machine is equipped with automatic meter meter , You can also customize a larger volume weight , and the larger diameter can be collected by 1.15 meters . It also specially developed an automatic winding machine that can collect 2 rolls at the same time to achieve high production capacity.

Extruders

It is derived from Taiwan's technology design free dryin and exhaust type planet type screw,which has the advantages of mandatory feeding,high speed,high production capacity , and high quality . It is suitable for 80% return,maintaining the original toughness of the original film , and it can also be suitable for PP HIPS PLA.
