PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WHAT IS PLA & SCOPE OF APPLICATION
PLA is a new biodegradable material made from starch raw materials derived from renewable plant resources (such as corn). The starch raw material is saccharified to obtain glucose, which is then fermented with glucose and a certain strain of bacteria to produce high-purity lactic acid, and then polylactic acid with a certain molecular weight is synthesized through chemical synthesis. It has good biodegradability and can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use, eventually generating carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment. This is very beneficial to protecting the environment and is a recognized environmentally friendly material.
PLA sheet product can be used in rigid package of vegetables, fruit packages, egg tray and baked goods, packages of daily chemical products, also can be used for cups, anf other packages like fresh food.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The three-roller calender is designed for horizontal, vertical or 45-degree inclination, and the slicing accuracy is as high as 0.005mm. The sheet thickness can be adjusted automatically, and the mechanical roller has anti-collision protection. Using electronic handwheel operation, conversion is quick and easy, without cumbersome operations.
The mold is made of alloy steel, and the flow channel is chrome-plated and polished. The width of the mold (sheet) can be adjusted at any time without stopping the machine.
The dual station winding machine is equipped with automatic meter meter , You can also customize a larger volume weight , and the larger diameter can be collected by 1.15 meters . It also specially developed an automatic winding machine that can collect 2 rolls at the same time to achieve high production capacity.
It is derived from Taiwan's technology design free dryin and exhaust type planet type screw,which has the advantages of mandatory feeding,high speed,high production capacity , and high quality . It is suitable for 80% return,maintaining the original toughness of the original film , and it can also be suitable for PP HIPS PLA.
