What is a thermoforming sheet extruder machine?

The working principle of a thermoforming sheet extruder mainly includes the following steps:

Raw Material Preparation:

First, the raw materials for the thermoforming sheet (such as PET, PVA, etc.) are fed into the extruder through a hopper.

Heating and Melting:

The raw materials are heated to a molten state in the heating zone of the extruder.

Plasticization:

The molten raw material is plasticized under the action of the extruder screw and filtered through a screen changer to remove impurities.

Molding:

The plasticized melt passes through a die to form a sheet of the desired thickness.

Cooling and Solidification:

The sheet is rapidly cooled and solidified using a cooling system.

Pulling and Winding:

The solidified sheet is pulled by a traction machine and wound up, completing the production.

During the extrusion process, parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed can be adjusted to control the flow properties of the melt and the extrusion volume, ensuring product quality.
