We received a inquiry from Vietnam in March 2024, it's from Mr. Ban Kaizen, he wrote to us that he wanted a thermoforming machine, which can produce their egg trays. Then we contacted him, and knew he had imported egg trays from China for 10 years, his business got much increased in recent years, so he wanted to purchase a egg tray making machine.
1, He had high quanlity and stable orders, so we recommended all-in-one fully automatic thermoforming machine (plastic egg trays making machine) to him, it is high automation, energy-efficient, high production capacity, save labor cost.
2, The egg trays are clamshell and a little complicated shapes, the vaccum forming machine and the negative press thermoforming machine can form the egg trays good. therefore we recommended that positive and negative pressure thermoforming machine which can produce products which have irregular suface, corner edge, concave and convex surface, groove surface, clamshell design and other complicated shape design.

3, Some of his egg trays has hole, some is no hole. So we recommended four stations all-in-one egg tray making machine ( forming station, hole pouching station, cutting station, stacking station). If he do egg tray with hole, they can use hole pouching station. if no hole, they can do not use hole pouching station.
Finally, Mr. Ban Kaizen was very satisfied with our fully auto positive and negative four station all-in-one egg tray making machine. He paid the deposit in April 2024.
