POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE PRESSURE PLASTIC VACUUM FORMING MACHINE

1. Structure: The positive and negative pressure blister machine is composed of a blister heater, a blister mold, a vacuum pump, a pressure tank, a piping system, etc. The vacuum degree before mold release and the air in the heater are adjusted through the air aspirator and air guide tube. The proportion is based on the blister machine and a pressure tank is added.

2. Working principle: During the blister process, the positive and negative pressure blister machine first observes the condition of the parts through the glass window during the first two times, and then quantitatively heats, stretches and adsorbs them. After the vacuum and negative pressure is formed, it sequentially sprays the molding and automatically removes the parts. The mold is a machine that performs blister processing through a combination of positive and negative pressure.

3. Scope of application: The positive and negative pressure blister machine can blister various thermoplastic plastics, and is suitable for processing complex cores, thin-walled, and hollow parts, such as toys, stationery boxes, food packaging boxes, automobile interior parts, etc.
